Room Rate: $265.00/night, plus tax and fees

 

Hotel reservations must be made separately through the hotel directly. Registering for the conference does not automatically confirm a hotel reservation. A reservation website which will automatically apply the AAVMC negotiated rate can be accessed by clicking here. Alternatively, you can call the hotel directly at 800-237-7600, and mention that you are with the AAVMC Deans Conference. The deadline for reserving a room at the discounted rate is January 1, 2018. After that date, any remaining rooms on the block will be released to the general public and rate and room availability cannot be guaranteed.
